The world is a changing place.  Advancements in technology, the attitudes and skills of your staff, the expectations of your customers.  However you look at it, the staff you have today delivering the services you deliver today will not be sufficient for the requirements of your business in the future.

To remain current today, and to ensure capability for the future, it is necessary to have a workforce strategy.  To have a vision for the future of your business, to understand what are the promoters and barriers to you achieving that vision, and to have a plan to deliver the change you need to be.
