Ian is an enthusiastic and motivated professional with many years clinical, academic and managerial experience. Ian is a psychometric profiling consultant who brings a quiet, calm presence with an ability to reflect and review situations from an objective and considered perspective. Ian has project managed and led the development a new pre-registration nursing programme with the University of Gloucester and has established a national School for Healthcare Science. An accomplished negotiator experienced at leading competitive tendering and re-letting activities, contract negotiations, and contract amendment, Ian has extensive legal knowledge and experience with contract management. Ian is an experienced manager; competent in managing delivery within teams and influencing others beyond managerial control to deliver on behalf of patients, the public, and the organisations they serve. Ian is an accomplished educator and facilitator supporting the development of teams to deliver collaboration, efficacy and sustainability.

Peter; RN, MPA (Executive Director)

Peter is an expert workforce development professional with a comprehensive portfolio of experience developed over many years including leadership and transformational management skills developed in a range of clinical, managerial, and strategic roles.  Peter is coach and culture change expert experienced in NLP, MBTI, and MindSonar coaching techniques, he is also an honorary lecturer at City University London.  He is experienced at working both within organisations as an embedded change agent and as an external consultant to deliver transformational change.
