A cultural transformation of the quality function for a national healthcare professional body
Healthcare education is undergoing significant change; funding mechanism, nursing associates, workforce shortages, and the uncertainty of Brexit.  This is both challenging and unsettling for organisation.  Re-Think Performance have undertaken a readiness review for a team engaged in strategic healthcare education, the quality team sought to enhance their flexibility and capability to deal with an uncertain future.  We worked collaboratively with the team to ensure that they were given the skills they needed to ensure sustainable change.

A new business model and culture change for a higher education department
Re-Think Performance were commissioned to support a higher education department to revise its business model to become more aligned with the demands of their commissioner and more focused on their client base.  This commission involved facilitating a culture change programme across the department to create a more strategic understanding of the client base and develop a more customer focused approach.
This commission led to provision led to a more commercially aware culture of client focus but improved motivation within the department also.

Leadership and Culture Change in the Workplace
Re-Think Performance were commissioned to deliver a programme of change skills for a senior team working across health and higher education sectors.  This programme was designed in a modular format and delivered in a flexible manner.  Each day was managed at a pace to suit the delegates and was tailored in response to their expressed requirements of the sessions.  The curriculum was designed in a matrix manner, so that as delegates progress through the programme they were able to build upon their skills from the previous modules, able then to apply their learning in the next level of study.
Each module was evaluated formally and informally and all aspects were reviewed positively.
